Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your work email, your company, and the message describing what you would like to talk about. Nothing else.

This site uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tools, no third-party embeds and no cookies. We do not collect browsing data, IP-based profiles or device fingerprints. Your browser may hold strictly necessary technical storage to render the page; it is not used for tracking and never leaves your device.

To read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is your own request made prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sending the form stores your submission in a private PostgreSQL database operated for us by our hosting and infrastructure provider, Lovable Labs Incorporated, acting as processor on our instructions. The record is not readable from the public website; only our server-side code can access it.

A notification about the submission is also delivered to our own inbox at info@openfieldlab.com so that we see it and can reply.

Submissions and the matching notification are kept for 12 months, after which they are deleted.

If the conversation leads to us working together, your details are kept for the duration of that relationship and for as long as the applicable commercial and tax law requires afterwards.

Our processors may process the data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, as set out in the relevant processor's data processing terms.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe your data has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
